The official currency is the Thai Baht (THB). The baht is moderately strong against the US dollar, at roughly 34 THB to 1 USD. Increased tourism post-pandemic has begun driving up costs.

Internet Access

Internet access is fast, cheap, and widely available throughout Thailand. A Thai SIM card with unlimited data can be purchased for around $20 USD for a month.
